Everyone is starting diets this time of the year, but I hate that word. I see it more as a lifestyle change. I’ve put together a few ways you can eat more vegetables without even noticing.
Most people make new years resolutions – some of these are to reduce stress or lose weight/exercise more. I think that becoming organised at work and school/uni can reduce stress and help get the year off to a good start.

As its New Years Eve, I thought I could post about resolutions. Everyone always makes the same New Years resolutions like ‘Lose weight’ or ‘Exercise more’. Then we get disappointed when we can’t stick to them because they aren’t tangible. I think we shouldn’t expect so much of ourselves and set do-able targets.

Merry Christmas everyone! Hope Christmas is wonderful for you! This week, I though I’d share what Christmas is like in our house.
It’s not usually manic because I have a small family, we don’t have loads of people round or anything like that. Christmas is all about the 4 of us, plus my dog. I don’t think it would be the same if there was more people in the house.
As Christmas draws nearer, people are beginning to think about Christmas presents. I love homemade gifts, it shows that you are willing to spend time rather than money on presents. I’ve put together a list of 10 things you can make for your loved ones this year:
